This is an interim privacy policy for KinGrid's website while we prepare for launch. It will be updated before the app is released.

KinGrid ("KinGrid," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by KinGrid LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in St. Petersburg, Florida, USA. This policy explains what information we collect through our website at kingrid.io, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the website only — not the KinGrid mobile app, which is not yet available.

Information we collect

‍Information you give us. If you join our waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. If you email us, we receive whatever information is in your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site (hosted on Squarespace) automatically collects basic technical and usage data — such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies used by our website host and analytics tools.

• send you launch updates and early-access news, if you joined the waitlist;

• operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website;

• respond to your questions or messages; and

• comply with legal obligations.

• Service providers who help us run the website and communicate with you — for example, our website host (Squarespace) and our email/newsletter provider — and only so they can perform those services for us; and

‍  ‍We keep your waitlist email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep automatically collected data for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above.

• Unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message we send.

• Access or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; contact us and we will honor rights that apply to you.

‍  Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

‍  We may update this policy as KinGrid develops. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above.
